Tri-Oval Speedway currently has an Exclusive Track Photographer to provide photos to our fans and drivers, however we welcome any photographer that presents current credentials for a legitimate publication or news source for the 2008 calendar year. Credentialed photographers may attend any of the regular season events at the Tri-Oval Speedway, however ALL photographers will be required to adhere to the following policies.

1. ALL photographers must submit photos to their respected publications.

2. Copies of the photos submitted to publications must be sent to Tri Oval Speedway.

3. Read and sign the Credentials Release form indicating that they understand the requirements and policies by Tri Oval Speedway. This form is available at the Pit Gate Entrance.

4. ALL photographers other then the Track Photographer will not be allowed to solicit or sell their photos to any of the drivers or fans at ANY of the 2008 events unless previous arrangements have been made and approved by the owners of the Tri-Oval Speedway.. Any photographers violating this policy will no longer be allowed to shoot further events at the Tri-Oval Speedway.

       Definition of soliciting photos would be to walk through the pit area or grandstands and approach people with the intent to sell your product. Trading of business cards for sale outside of the Tri-Oval Speedway is also considered a form of soliciting

5. Photographers who wish to shoot events that do not posses credentials will be allowed to shoot only after prior arrangements have been made. You must contact the track owners to obtain approval for access to the infield to shoot. Once you have been given the approval, your name will be added to Credentials list at the Pit Gate Entrances, you must check in at the Pit Gate and sign the Press Release Form before you will be allowed on the infield. Normal Pit Gate fees will apply to photographers who do not posses Press Credentials.
